Information regarding exchanging Actors Theatre tickets for tickets

We are happy to share six Valley theatre companies have agreed to exchange Actors Theatre tickets for tickets to productions at their own theatres.

We are grateful to these companies for helping take care of our patrons.

If you have tickets for any cancelled Actors Theatre production, please note the following:

The schedule for each company is available on their website and the exchange process will vary company to company so please contact each theatre's box office directly to check availability of seats for exchanges. When calling each box office please immediately identify yourself as an "Actors Theatre Patron." (This is very important.) This exchange offer is good through June 30, 2015.

Each company has a list of ticket holders. You do NOT have to bring your Actors Theatre tickets when picking up your new tickets.

Any unused tickets will be turned into a charitable tax-deduction to Actors Theatre on June 30, 2015. At that time we will issue a charitable tax deduction letter for 2015.

If you do not wish to take advantage of this ticket exchange or receive a charitable tax deduction in 2015, please notify us in writing to: Refunds, Actors Theatre, PO Box 1924, Phoenix, AZ 85001. Your request for a refund will be added to the list of general unsecured creditors and payments, if any, will be made on a prorate basis at some point in the future.

This act of generosity on the part of these six theatre companies speaks volumes about our arts and culture community. And we are confident you will have many wonderful experiences at the theatre.
